Elim is recruiting for an Administration Assistant to support the work of Elim International Centre in Malvern, with a particular focus on Elim Leaders Summit and safeguarding administration.
This varied role will help with the organisation of Elim Leaders Summit, including hotel bookings, liaison with volunteers, exhibitors and speakers, and preparation for the event. It will also provide administrative support to the safeguarding team, including meeting agendas and minutes, database updates, DBS checks, training records and communication with churches.
We are looking for a proactive, organised and focused individual with experience in administration, digital data systems, diary management and meeting coordination. The successful applicant will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
The role is part-time, 22.5 hours per week, with a salary of £24,000 per annum pro rata. Some flexibility for working from home may be agreed.
