Limitless Festival is aimed at 11-18 year olds, with a dynamic youth venue for every young person on site.

Although we do have Limitless Kids venues running, this is to cater for the children of youth leaders and team members whilst they serve the event and their youth groups over the week.

All under 18’s must be accompanied by a group leader who is over 18.

Limitless Festival 2026 runs from 5 - 9 August 2026.

Because of the type of event and the duration of the event, Limitless Festival request that each group leader accompanies a maximum of ten (10) young people.

Arrival on site is from 10:00 on Wednesday 5 August.

The First meeting is at 19:00 on Wednesday 5 August.

The last night’s excitement finishes at 23:30 on Sunday 9 August.

You must have fully left the site by 10:00 on Monday 10 August.

The day planner isn’t normally finalised until 2 or 3 months before the event. Keep an eye on our social media channels and we’ll let you know when it’s ready for you to see and how to get hold of it. The programme will be available on site.

The Limitless Family believes that God is just that: Limitless!

The meetings will often start with a time of praise and worship - sometimes people will have their hands in the air or jump around or clap. There will usually be a talk about something from the bible put into a relevant way to challenge you and your beliefs in our Limitless God, and then time where we invite you to respond to what’s been spoken about. In this time we invite God to come and heal people, to change people and to let God work in our lives. Sometimes this is all very civilised and sometimes it’s a bit weird! BUT, whatever happens and however it happens, our team leading the meeting will try to explain clearly about what is expected of you, what is going on and what God is doing. We also encourage you to pray for the people around you during these times.

An important part of Limitless Festival is creating space for the Holy Spirit to minister in people’s lives. We believe that this is where the real transformation happens, and as such seek to prioritise this time in our meetings. We seek to facilitate these ministry times according to the following principles….

1. WE WAIT ON GOD: We believe God moves in stillness (1 Kings 19:11-13, Psalm 27:14, Psalm 46:10, Isaiah 40:31), and thus we don’t need to stir people up into a frenzy in order to meet with Jesus. Instead we lead the young people through a process of stillness and waiting, to allow the Holy Spirit to move as he intends. We are careful to avoid hype and auto-suggestion. We also believe in the role of anointed musicians assisting in ministry (2 Kings 3:14-16, 1 Samuel 16:23), and as such are comfortable with music during ministry, but we are also comfortable with waiting on God in silence.
2. WE LISTEN TO HIM: As we wait we are listening to cues from the Spirit. Is he asking us to wait longer? Is he asking us to lead a specific response to something? Does he want to give us a word of knowledge?
3. WE DO WHAT HE SAYS: Whatever the Holy Spirit asks of us we will do. The idea is to let the Spirit lead us as we lead the young people. As we do so we seek to...
   • Acknowledge the odd - God can do weird things if he wants to, but we won’t be weird! We’ll acknowledge unusual things in a usual way.
   • Explain what is going on and reassure people as we go - We don’t assume that everyone is familiar with what the Spirit is doing, so if people begin to cry / laugh / fall over / shake etc, we explain what is happening and reassure people that it’s safe and good.
   • Explain that it’s OK if people are not feeling/experiencing anything - People can sometimes feel that there is something wrong with them if they are not “feeling” anything when people around them seem to be encountering God. So we remind people that feeling and encountering are not the same thing, and that God still loves them and notices them even if they are not feeling anything.

By following these principles we seek to help people engage with the ministry of the Holy Spirit in a way that is clear and loving for all concerned.

We allocate groups to camping villages just before the event based on the information given by the main youth group leader, through the ‘Your Camping Form’.

Camping locations will be communicated with the them, via email so, please check with them before getting in touch with us.

If your group express a wish to camp next to another group, we will try accommodating this request. However, with the quantity of bookings this is not always possible. Sometimes we have to make the most of the space available to us.

Please enter the box marked "Camp Next Door’ question the group you would like to camp next to, including their group name and group leader name. This will help us find the other group more easily.

Electric hook ups are available through the ‘Your Camping Form’.

Unfortunately not.
Due to fire regulations imposed on our event, all vehicles, other than camper vans, MUST be parked in the car park across the road before the first main event at 19:00. Please use the tunnel to get back onto site safely as the main road is very fast!

We cannot allow vehicles onsite to unload shopping etc. at any time during the event.

If you are a guest with physical needs and you hold a blue badge, your vehicle will be allowed onsite for loading and unloading of passengers but we ask that it is returned to the car park once you have dropped off your passenger.

Here’s a little kit list to help you prepare:

• Crockery, cutlery and tea towels.
• Camping gear: Tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, warm clothing
• Spare camping gear in case of bad weather and leakages!
• Baby wipes, mints, deodorant, dry shampoo - anything to try and stay fresh!
• Bible, notepad and pens
• Sports trainers and clothing
• Cash to buy food and sugary treats!!

There are food vans selling burgers, hot dogs, chips, doughnuts and various other things. There are also a couple of cafes selling sandwiches, paninis, cakes, cappuccinos and hot chocolate!

There are various supermarkets a short drive from the showground.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer full board catering options at this event.

On your booking you will be able to tell us how many tents you will be bringing. If you've got a large group you're welcome to bring marquees for eating etc. but please don't ask for more space than you actually need so that we can fit everyone on. We do make plenty of space for sports etc so you don't need to allow extra room for social activities.

If you’re bringing a marquee and its being set up by a professional company please note that you are responsible for all insurances & health and safety for that marquee and anyone using it, including visitors to your camp.
Delivery companies will only be allowed on-site at the same time as you and if you’re not there to meet them, they may be turned away.

Please note: Limitless Festival cannot, and do not, accept any liability for any marquee/tent/caravan that has been contracted onto site by yourselves. You may wish to investigate options of insurance to cover any damages.

You can. However, Limitless cannot assist with this in any way. Neither can we recommend companies to supply. We’re more than happy for you to arrange hiring one yourself to make your stay more comfortable.

Please remember, they are not allowed on site before you are and you need to be there to accept delivery of it also! You also need to be there when it’s picked up.

We only offer space for camping however, there are plenty of B&B’s and Hotels within and around Stafford. Take a look on visitstafford.org .

Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons and the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow pets on-site.
Animals used for assistive purposes (i.e. guide dogs) are permitted. Please let us know that they're coming when filling in your ticket information.

There are various charging points around the site, mainly in cafes. You will need to bring your charger and cable to charge your device.

Limitless Festival accept no responsibility for the loss of or any damage casued to mobile phones whilst using the charging points.

There is Wi-Fi access across the main buildings on-site. Limitless Festival accepts no responsibility for connectivity, reliability or connection speed.

Yes. However, this is supplied to help youth leaders, team members and staffs’ kids meet Jesus whilst their parents are busy looking after youth and young adults in the main meetings.
The kids work is carried out by experienced children’s workers from across the Limitless Kids network.

The gates to the camp site and car park wil close at midnight and open again at 7:00am
Access outside of these hours will only be permitted in extenuating circumstances.
These timings are to help uphold the security of all our (hopefully) sleeping guests on the camp site.
